These terms explain the rules for using our website and for buying from us — what you can expect from BuyDropUK, and what we expect from you. We have tried to write them in plain language rather than legalese. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
By browsing this website, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or buy from us. These terms form the agreement between you and BuyDropUK for every order you place.
BuyDropUK operates the online store at buydropuk.com, selling and delivering products to customers in the United Kingdom. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean BuyDropUK, and “you” means the person using the site or placing an order.
To place an order you must be at least 18 years old, or old enough under the law of England and Wales to enter into a binding contract, and you must be able to receive delivery at an address we serve. If you are ordering on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
You do not need an account to shop with us — guest checkout is supported and an account is optional. If you do create one, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
Please give accurate contact and delivery details. We rely on the name, phone number and address you enter to reach you, and an incorrect or unreachable address is the most common reason a delivery fails. We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraud or abuse.
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. Your order is not accepted until we confirm it. An order confirmation on screen, by email or by phone acknowledges that we have received your order — it does not by itself mean we have accepted it.
We may cancel or refuse an order, in whole or in part, including where:
If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund the amount you paid for the cancelled items. See Returns, cancellations and refunds.
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP, £) and include applicable taxes unless we state otherwise. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout and are added to your total — see Shipping and delivery charges.
Prices, discounts and availability can change at any time before your order is accepted. We take care to describe our products accurately, but images are for illustration and small variations in colour, packaging or presentation are possible. If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price, we are not obliged to sell it at that price, and we will contact you before doing anything with your order.
We accept debit and credit cards, processed for us by Stripe. Payment is taken when you place the order.
We never see or store your card number, expiry date or security code. Those are entered directly into Stripe's own payment form and go straight to Stripe; we keep only a payment reference, the amount, and whether the payment succeeded. Card payments are covered by 3-D Secure, so your bank may ask you to confirm the payment before it completes.
We do not accept cash on delivery.
Delivery is free on every order to addresses in the United Kingdom. Any delivery charge that applies to your order is shown at checkout before you pay.
Please read this before ordering. Many of our products are shipped directly to you by overseas suppliers. Delivery usually takes 7–21 days, and occasionally longer at peak periods or if a parcel is held in customs. This is an estimate, not a guarantee: we are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control. If you need an item by a particular date, please contact us before ordering.
To fulfil your order we share the recipient's name, delivery address and, where the carrier requires it, a contact number with the supplier and the carrier handling your parcel. Our Privacy Policy sets out exactly what is shared and why.
You own the goods once they are delivered to the address you gave us, and risk passes to you at that point.
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing or not what you ordered, tell us as soon as you reasonably can and keep the packaging — a photograph of the item and the outer packaging lets us resolve it quickly.
Checking a parcel does not affect any of the rights described below.
These rights are in addition to, and never instead of, your legal rights.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order for any reason, without giving one, up to 14 days after the day you receive the goods. Tell us you are cancelling within that period, then send the goods back within a further 14 days.
You can also cancel at any time before delivery. Once a parcel is with the carrier we may not be able to stop it, in which case simply return it once it arrives.
Goods should come back unused and in the condition you received them, with their packaging where possible. You may handle an item as you would in a shop; if it is used beyond that, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose you may reject it for a full refund within 30 days of receiving it. After 30 days you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and to a refund if that is not possible. We pay the return cost in every one of these cases.
The 14-day cancellation right does not apply to a few kinds of goods:
None of these exceptions applies when an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered.
Email us at info@storex.test or call +1234567890 with your order number, and a photograph of the item if it arrived damaged or faulty. We will confirm the return address and how to send it back. Please do not send anything back before contacting us.
We refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of your telling us you have sent them, whichever is sooner. Where you cancelled under your 14-day right we refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery charge you paid; the cost of sending them back is yours. Where the item was faulty, damaged or wrong, we refund everything and cover the return cost too.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. We cannot refund to a different card or by any other route, and your bank may take a few working days to show it.
The BuyDropUK name and logo, and the text, images, layout, graphics and code on this website, belong to us or to our suppliers and are protected by law. You may view, share and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, scrape or reuse our content for a commercial purpose without our written permission. Product names and brands shown on the site remain the property of their respective owners.

We work hard to keep this website accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. We do not promise that the site will always be uninterrupted or error-free, that every description, price or stock figure is free of mistakes, or that the site is free of viruses.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or loss of data.
This section does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
We may update these terms as our website, our products or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised, and the version published here at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Please check back from time to time.
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of an order placed with us, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
